Appliance Fixer – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Appliance
Fixer, a professional home appliance repair service provider, and the customer.
By scheduling and receiving services from Appliance Fixer, you agree to the
following terms. These cover responsibilities, payment terms, limitations of
liability, warranties on services, and other important provisions.

Customer Responsibilities

Access & Workspace:

You must ensure a safe, clear, and accessible working space
for the Appliance Fixer technician to perform the service. Unsafe or obstructed
workspaces may delay or prevent service.

Accurate Information:

Provide complete and accurate details about the appliance’s
issues and any previous repairs or modifications.

Payment:

Be prepared to make full payment upon completion of the
service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Presence:

A responsible adult (18 years or older) must be present
during the service visit to authorize repairs and make necessary decisions.

 Appliance Fixer Responsibilities

Service Provision:

Appliance Fixer will carry out repair services
professionally, as agreed upon, and in accordance with industry standards.

Limited Warranty on Labor:

A limited warranty may be offered on labor for major
repairs, subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Right to Decline Service:

Appliance Fixer reserves the right to decline or postpone
service if the environment is unsafe, if repairs are deemed not feasible, or if
customer dependencies or actions delay or impede the service.

 Payment & Fees

Payment Due:

Full payment is typically expected upon completion of the
repair service. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit/credit card, or
other methods approved by Appliance Fixer.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled
appointment may incur a cancellation fee, as this results in lost technician
availability and service opportunities.

 Service Limitations

Liability:

Appliance Fixer’s liability is limited to the amount paid
for the specific service rendered. The company is not responsible for any
indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage,
water damage, or loss of use.

Exclusions:

Warranties do not apply to minor or temporary repairs,
consumables (e.g., filters, bulbs), normal wear-and-tear parts, or damage
caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications by the customer.

Force Majeure:

Appliance Fixer is not liable for delays or failure to
perform services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to
natural disasters, power outages, or civil disturbances.

 Warranty on Repairs

Limited Scope:

If offered, a service warranty covers only the labor
performed by Appliance Fixer technicians. Parts used during the repair may
carry separate manufacturer warranties and are not covered under the service
warranty unless stated otherwise.

Re-Inspection:

If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period,
Appliance Fixer may provide a complimentary follow-up inspection. However, if
new or unrelated repairs are required, additional charges may apply.
